BERG & PARTNER is an international lawyer´s office
at the Costa Blanca which is established since 1999. You can find us in
Moraira, between Alicante and Valencia in our modern office.
In our office are working the German lawyer Guido von Berg and the Spanish
lawyer (abogada) Mrs. Nuria Pesado Llobat, furthermore in the sekretariat
Mrs. Sabine van der Weij Schroth who fight together for the interests
and litigations of our mandators and whose legal interests we represent
efficiently at national and international level. In this connection, we
offer legal services which are catered in each case on the individual
needs and demands of our mandators. Our highly competitive team has been
gaining experiences on different legal fields of activity in the judicial
and extrajudicial area for many years. We offer to our clients from the
beginning a legal advice which is specially adapted to the requirements
